今この瞬間を力いっぱい生きる ただ実践!
般若心経について昨日投稿を致しましたが般若心経の内容のことは概ねご理解して頂けたとは思います。しかしながら何と言っても、あの大聖人「釈迦」の説かれたことを観音菩薩が釈迦の一番弟子の舎利子に諭された内容ですので、それを私の様に何の修行も経ていない男が さも分かった様に書いたことなのですから畏怖の想いでいっぱいです。
釈迦が生死を彷徨われて後の「悟り」ですからその内容は偉大な宝物なのです。
それで一言申し上げておきたいことは「頭で分かってはいても、実際に現実のこの世界でこの日々の暮らしの中で起こることに対処していかなくてはならないのが私たちの現生の生活なのです」毎日が自分自身の思い通りの日々では決してありません。
辛いことも悲しいことも起こります。他人から酷い仕打ちを受けることも有るでしょう。
それが人生ですから。
それでも、そういう苦難の時を乗り越えていく「心の支え」としての釈迦の教えの真髄が
この般若心経だと思います。この経は難しいことを示してはいますが全ては「心の在り方次第」と諭しています。ただただ「己の心」を磨いていきましょう。
I posted about the Heart Sutra yesterday, and I think you have generally understood its contents. However, it is what the great sage Shakyamuni taught, and what Kannon Bodhisattva taught Sharyuta, Shakyamuni's number one disciple, so I am filled with awe that a man like me, who has not undergone any training, has written about it as if I understood it.
It is Shakyamuni's "enlightenment" after he wandered between life and death, so its contents are a great treasure.
So, I would like to say one thing: "Even if you understand it in your head, our present life is one in which you have to deal with the things that happen in this real world, in this daily life." Every day is never the way you want it to be.
Painful and sad things will happen. You will also be treated badly by others.
That's life.
Still, I think that the essence of Shakyamuni's teachings, as a "spiritual support" to overcome such difficult times, is the Heart Sutra. Although this sutra shows how difficult it is, it teaches that everything depends on the state of one's mind. Let's just polish our own minds.
さあ、最も多くの人々が悩むことなのですが このことは「歎異抄」でも説いていますが
この現生では想像もしていないことが起こります。例えば自然災害とか思いもよらない事故や病気、そして歳をとって衰えていくこと、急な別離・・・数知れなく起こりますね。
釈迦は「生まれてくることすら苦なのだ」と説かれています。
その苦難に加えて、人間は生まれると即 上で示した「老・病・死」への恐怖が加わります。
しかし、これらは避けて通れない歩むべき道なのです。
それらを飲み込みつつこの世に修行に来たのだと心を強くして生き抜いていくことではないでしょうか・・・。特にこの日本の様に地震や台風や大雨など大自然の驚異に溢れる地に生を受けた私たちは移住して来られた人々も含めて魂の修行に此処にご縁をいただいてやってきたのです。折角の命ですもの、毎日を力いっぱい自分自身を輝かせて生きていきましょう。
Well, this is what most people worry about, and it is also explained in "Tannisho."
In this life, things that we never imagine happen. For example, natural disasters, unexpected accidents, illnesses, aging, and sudden separations... there are countless things that happen.
Shakyamuni taught that "even being born is painful."
In addition to these hardships, as soon as humans are born, they are also afraid of "old age, sickness, and death" as mentioned above.
However, these are paths that we cannot avoid and must walk.
We should embrace these hardships and strengthen our hearts by knowing that we came to this world to train, and survive... We were born in a land full of natural wonders such as earthquakes, typhoons, and heavy rains, especially in Japan, and we, including those who have immigrated here, have come here to train our souls. We are precious lives, so let's live each day to the fullest and make ourselves shine.
良寛がこの様に述べています。「さしあたる そのことばかり 思えただ かへらぬ昔
知らぬ行く末」 Sashiataru sonokotobakari omoetada kaheranu-mukashi shiranu ikusue
(意訳:先ずは、あれこれ迷うことなく 今 目の前のことに全力を傾けなさい 過ぎた昔のことはもう帰らないし 知り得ない未来のことなど心配しても何もならない)
「災難に逢う時節には災難に逢うがよく候
死ぬ時節には死ぬがよく候」
「Sainan ni au-jisetsuniha sainan ni auga-yoku sourou
Shinu-jisetsu-niha shinuga yoku sourou
これはこのままでよく響いてきますね。
何も心配しても始まらない 災難に出会ったら それに逢えば良いこと
死ぬ時が来たら死ねば良いだけ。 良寛禅師は悟っていらしたね。
Ryokan said this. "For the time being, all I can think about is the past that will never return, and the future that I do not know." (Free translation: First of all, do not waver and focus all your energy on the task at hand. The past will never return, and there is no point in worrying about the unknown future.) And I’ve added another example sentence from Japanese.
“Do think about only “right now”. The past never comes back and there is no knowing.

"When it is time to meet with disaster, it is good to meet with disaster. When it is time to die, it is good to die." This really resonates with me. Worrying about nothing is of any use.
If you meet with disaster, it is good to meet it. When it is time to die, it is good to die.
Zen Master Ryokan was enlightened.
